Does it also remove configurations in your user folder ( ~)? dnf and rpm do not do that-it’s strictly against policy to touch a users’s home directory at all. If does not happen in the new user, there’s no point of reinstalling libreoffice, since that’s not where the issue is. Have you created a new user to check yet? That’s the simplest and quickest way to figure out if this is a system wide issue or one limited to your user configuration. Hrm, why though-what indicates that there’s an issue with your system installation of libreoffice? Have you modified any system files manually?
